Tatlock & Thomson offer a specialised microbiology service for the alcoholic beverage industry with determination of water bacteriology and fermentation analysis. This work is fully integrated with the analytical chemical service for the drinks industry and is carried out at Express Microbiology Laboratories, Linlithgow.
Determination of water microbiology for private water supplies, swimming pools, spas includes general microbiology and Legionella spp. Sample bottles are supplied as part of the service and a sampling service is also available.
