Tatlock and Thomson specialise in on-site production distilling services. These services include raw material processing optimisation, fermentation analysis and troubleshooting, setting of distillation parameters, wood sourcing and maturation programmes and bottling hall testing.

Additionally we offer sensory training and assistance in new product development. Sensory training of production staff for client companies is a major area of expertise.

Tatlock and Thomson also offer general environmental and toxicology testing including rubber products (nitrosamines), effluent analyses, soil testing, fertiliser analysis and herbicide and pesticide determinations in waters, soils, beverages and foods.
